This Richardson Civic Art Society (RCAS) exhibit is on display at the Richardson Civic Center until the first of June.
The fifty points go to Eric Stengel. Only eight minutes later, Andrew Steger, who has never visited Richardson, supplied the correct answer on Facebook using only Google. I'm going to have to make these harder.
